Usage :
1.Adults, usual amount, intramuscular injection, the first dose of 160mg, from the 2nd day onwards, once a day, 80mg each time, for 5 days.
2. For pediatrics, the usual dosage, intramuscular injection, the first dose of 3.2mg/kg according to body weight; the 2nd to 5th day, each time according to body weight 1.6mg/kg, once a day.
