Diclofenac sodium, an organic compound with the chemical formula C14H10Cl2NNaO2, is mainly used as an antipyretic and analgesic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, commonly used in orthopedics for the treatment of various types of mild-to-moderate acute and chronic pain, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and so on.
Usage :
Deep intramuscular injection, 1x/d or 1x/2-3d, 25-50mg for the first time, can be gradually increased to 100mg later, alternating on both sides of the buttocks, not more than 25mg each time for children weighing less than 4kg, and up to 50mg each time for children weighing 4-10kg. not more than 30mg for the first time of static injection, diluted in saline or 5% dextrose solution and then slowly injected, 1x/d. If there is no response, it can be gradually increased to 100-150mg/d. The formula can be used to calculate the total dose. Gradually increase to 100-150mg/d.
