The chemical name:

the main component of this product is piroxicam, its chemical name is 2-methyl-4-hydroxy-N - (2-pyridinyl) -2H-1, 2-benzothiazine-3 formamide -1, 1-oxide.

[Indications] :

Symptomatic treatment for relieving pain and swelling of various arthritis and soft tissue lesions.

[Usage and dosage]:
Intramuscular injection of 10 ~ 20mg once for adults, once a day.
1. Gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea, stomachache, reduction and indigestion are the most common.Neutropenia, eosinophilia, increased blood urea nitrogen, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, headache, systemic weakness, edema, rash or pruritus, etc.
2. Abnormal liver function, thrombocytopenia, hyperhidrosis, skin ecchymosis, pleomorphism erythema, toxic epithelial necrosis, bullous erythema polyhedrosis (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), skin hypersensitivity to light, blurred vision, redness and swelling of the eye, hypertension, hematuria, hypoglycemia, mental depression, insomnia and nervous tension, etc.

[Contraindication] :

This product is contraindicated in patients with allergy and peptic ulcer chronic stomach diseases.

[Precautions]:

1. Cross allergy.Patients who are allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may also be allergic to this product.
2. Take medicine after meals or with food or antacids to reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
3. When the daily dose exceeds 20mg, the risk of gastrointestinal ulcer increases significantly.
4. Generally 7 ~ 12 days after the start of medication, it is difficult to achieve stable blood drug concentration, therefore, the evaluation of curative effect is often required after 2 weeks of medication.
5. In case of allergic reaction, abnormal blood appearance, blurred vision, mental symptoms, water retention and severe gastrointestinal reaction, the drug should be stopped immediately.
6. in case of overdose poisoning, vomiting or gastric lavage should be performed immediately, and the branch should be carried out

[Drug interactions] :

1.Gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase when drinking alcohol or taking with other anti-inflammatory drugs.
2. When used together with dicoumarin and other anticoagulants, the latter has enhanced effect and significant bleeding tendency, and the dosage should be adjusted.
3 When used with aspirin, the blood concentration of this product can be reduced to 80% of the normal level, with an increased risk of gastrointestinal ulceration and bleeding tendency.

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.This product has a pharmacological effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase to reduce the synthesis of local prostaglandins in tissues and to inhibit the chemotaxis of leukocytes and the release of lysosomal enzymes.The analgesic and swelling relieving effects of this product in the treatment of arthritis are similar to indomethacin, aspirin and naproxen.
