Artemether + Benfluorenol The usual dosage form is tablet. It's a compound antimalarial drug. For the treatment of acute, uncomplicated infections caused by Plasmodium falciparum in patients weighing more than 5kg, it remains effective in some chlorine-resistant areas.

Tablet:

1. Adult (>16 years old) patients weighing 35kg and above: treatment with a total of 6 doses for 3 days. On the first day, the initial dose was 4 tablets, and another 4 tablets were taken 8 hours later, twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) for the following two days, 4 tablets at a time (a total of 24 tablets). For patients weighing less than 35kg, refer to pediatric dosage.

2. Children are treated with 6 doses for 3 days:

(1) Body weight 5-15kg: the initial dose of 1 tablet on the first day, another tablet 8 hours later, and then 2 times a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) for 2 days, each time 1 tablet (a total of 6 tablets).

(2) Body weight 15-25kg: the initial dose of 2 tablets on the first day, 2 tablets after 8 hours, and then 2 tablets twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) for 2 days, 2 tablets at a time (a total of 12 tablets).

(3) Body weight 25-35kg: the initial dose of 3 tablets on the first day, another 3 tablets 8 hours later, and then 2 times a day (19 in the morning and evening) for 2 days, 3 tablets at a time (a total of 18 tablets).

(4) Weight 35kg and above, the same as adult usage.
